Movement Standard



- Rx division, your team will carry more loads(weight) or do more repetitions than Scaled. At least 2P should be able to perform Rx movements, Synchronize Toes to bar or be able to help each other achieves the wod inside the time cap.
- Scaled division, at least 1P should be able to perform Rx movements, rope climb, pull ups, snatch and clean and jerk. Your loads(weight) and repetitions will be lighter or lower than Rx division so no worries!
